If you've damaged a Yeti Payment Device you should contact support using the details below. We'd classify a Yeti as being damaged under the following circumstances.
- Smashed screen
- Smashed or damaged iPhone casing
- Lines down the screen
- Card Reader button not working
- Card Reader screen smashed
- Can't insert a card into the card reader
- Case is broken
- Charging Dock has no power
